Terms & Conditions

1. Products

We sell furniture, lighting, and interior design products to international customers.

2. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in NOK/EUR/USD. Payment is made via card at the time of order.

3. Order & Contract Formation

An order is binding once confirmed in writing by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fulfillment is not possible.

4. Delivery

Delivery time is normally 2–6 weeks. Customers will be notified in case of delays.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Complaints

The customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of goods. Complaints must be submitted in writing within a reasonable time.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country.

7. Product Information & Variations

Minor variations in size, color, and material may occur, especially with natural materials. We are not liable for discrepancies caused by screen display or translation differences.

8. Warranty

Products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, unless otherwise specified. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from improper handling is not covered.

9. Liability & Limitation of Liability

We are responsible for delivery in accordance with the order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit, business interruption, or damages beyond the order value. Transport damages outside our control are not our liability, but we will assist customers in follow-up with the carrier.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be settled by the Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett).

12. Privacy & Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR. Customer information will not be shared with third parties except when necessary for payment processing, delivery, or legal obligations.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions. The latest version will always be published on our website.
